<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.</p> <p>On September 15th Derek James Smith, loving husband and dad, passed away following a long struggle with cancer and a dense stroke.</p> <p>The Rosemary Foundation helped our family in Derek's final days, providing the support we so desperately needed.</p> <p>In our time of need; MacMillan, Rowans - none of the big names would help. This is why I have set up a JustGiving page for The Rosemary Foundation.</p> <p>The Rosemary Foundation provide hospice at home and are primarily volunteers. The lady who was with us on Derek's final night had driven all the way from Worthing to be with us.</p> <p>If its &pound;1 - &pound;10 anything would be greatly appreciated.</p> <p>So please, in memory of Derek, dig deep and donate now.</p>
