Hello, after years of having the marathon outside my flat, I have finally decided to attempt it myself!

Heart UK is a Charity who attempt to aid the prevention of premature deaths caused by High Colesterol. Being from Scotland I thought this was an apt charity to go for, (so no Fried Mars bars during the training for me) but definetley a worthwhile charity.
