This year I am running for the charity The Medical Foundation for The Care Of Victims Of Torture (also known as The Medical Foundation, MF). This is the only UK charity which is dedicated solely to the treatment of torture victims and cares for children, young adults and adults (www.torturecare.org.uk) .

I have a big target this year - £5K  and with your support this can be achieved.
