Hi all,

I've completed the London British 10k run  on Sunday 12th in 46 minutes; my legs are aching but it was certainly worth it.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who sponsored me; should anyone else wish to still make donations please do so; it's a fabulous cause and all your money will go to research.  

I will be running in the British 10k Race on the 12th July 09 to raise money for AAIR Charity (Asthma, Allergy & inflammation Research) which will help fund pioneering research into Asthma and Allergic Disease.
