Mainly due to the fact that I am overcompenstaing for my lack of height I have decided to prove myself by running in the desert for 6 days...as you do.

 

The Marathon de Sables is billed as the toughest foot race in the world, competitors race 160 miles across the Sahara Desert in temperatures of 100 degress + in 5 1/2 days. Competitors must be 100% self sufficient carrying their food, water, sleeping bag, survival kit and lots of sunblock.

So, before I come to my senses and realise just how stupid this all is I suggest you start pledging some money to a very, very worthy cause.
