One of close friends (Mike Leach) sister died of cancer aged 34, last year.

the last months of Nicky's life were made bearable by the wonderful support and care offered her by the Macmillan nurses. They are an incredible organization and always need donations to keep up there incredible work.

Mike and I (and a few others actually) are running the Great North Run. 13 mile half marathon and I want to raize as many spondulics as possible.

I’ve never ran further than for a train, in my life, so training has just started. I have until October, so it gives me lots of time to
