well it is less than two weeks till Ironman UK the hardest one day challenge I will ever undertake, but nothing in retrospect to cancer sufferers, please find time to donate it takes two minutes of your time, but your money might help someone to have a lifetime

9 weeks till the Ironman please help raise as much as possible

My name is Des Sterland and i am competing in the Ironman UK Bolton 2013, it consists of a 2.4 mile swim, 112 bike finishing with a 26.2 marathon all to be completed in 17 hours.

I have been given the great honour of running this event to raise money for the Rosemere Cancer Trust, in memory of Sue Button (Nee Staines).

Sue sadly lost her battle with cancer in January 2013, For those that were touched by Sue's vibrant and fun personality they will understand that she leaves a hugh void. After speaking to Tim he would love if we could all raise as much money as possible for Rosemere Cancer Foundation as not only did they provide care for Sue, they also research the fight against cancer, Sadly we have all lost a great friend but together we can in her name donate and help fight against cancer.
