Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am taking part in this year's CRY Walk (my 5th year of taking part now) walking 15 miles to raise money for one of CRY's projects in Cambodia - "P'teh Knioum" (My Home) in Stung Treng Province.

'My Home' is a resource centre that will support at-risk children and families in the community, as well as providing residential care when this is needed - either on an emergency basis, or as part of a process of assessment or reintegration into their local community.

The building work has started on the Centre, but we need an additional £40,000 to complete the work - more info at http://www.cry.org.uk/Projects/cambodia and check out my pictures below from my Cambodia trip last September.

PLEASE would you consider supporting this vitally important and much-needed project by sponsoring me for the CRY Walk? I normally take up the challenge and walk the longest distance (this year its 26 miles), but I have a troublesome knee after 2 Snowdon walks last year (poor excuse I know!).

So please dig deep and donate now - the walk is in on 19TH MAY !!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. You can even sponsor me by TEXT GIVING now.

Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
