Having lost my mother and younger sister to cancer some years ago, this charity is one of the first that comes to mind. So many people are touched by cancer personally, or through someone they love. It's a horrible disease that destroys lives both for the sufferer and for their loved ones.

There are many cancer charities and all of them do fantastic work. I've chosen to help Cancer Research for now and if my fundraising efforts are successful, then I will support many others in the future.
