About the charity
Every day Dorothy House Hospice Care supports and cares for more than 800 families affected by cancer, and other life threatening conditions, either in the comfort of their own homes or at the hospice in Winsley. All patient care is free of charge, funded by the generosity of local people, with some contribution from the NHS.
