Virgin London Marathon 2012 · 22 April 2012 ·

At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.

Story

I'm running the London Marathon (April 22nd 2012) and raising money for an extremely good cause, and one close to my heart; Alzheimer's Society.

My Nan has Alzheimer's. Sometimes it doesn't seem to be too bad, other times it can be a struggle for her and us, her family caring for her.

I got my Marathon place through the public ballot, but decided to run for charity.

Your support will keep me running, even when it hurts, to help make a difference for those suffering.
