My personal message:

In 2007 I will once again be flexing my legs of steel, travelling upriver into the heart of darkness, dodging the buses and potholes of outrageous fortune in my quest for fundraising fortune and glory, cycling a marathon on a Sunday morning when sane people are in bed.
