Hi, my name is Dave, and I'm running the London Marathon in 2010!

I am running on behalf of a charity called the Shaw Trust, a charity that supports disabled and disadvantaged people by helping them find work and to live independently.

I need to raise 1500.00 for this charity, so every donation will be gratefully received! I will soon set up a facebook group to keep people updated on my training programme and with targets I hit regarding fundraising.
