I'm 40 this year and have decided to make sure I enjoy the life that's suppose to start at 40, I really need to lose some weight for health reasons at least. So the plan is to try and lose much weight as possible, ideally, 70lbs, and I've decided to do it in memory of my mother who passed away 23rd August 1987 after a long and protracted time of various ailments.

Mum had a stroke on 21st August 87, which lead to a brain haemorrhage. I phoned the ambulance, she spent two days in the hospital and never recovered, leaving us for pastures new on a Sunday, which is kinda ironic as mum was a devote Christian, and she always wanted to pass away on a Sunday. 

Starting weight was 322lbs.....My current weight is 308lbs... 22st...

SECOND PHASE....  To hold various fundraising events, the first was 17th January but wasn't very successful with a poor turnout, the next event will be a Dinner Dance or another Club night.
