Story
I’m David Marsh from Great Kimble, Aylesbury, Bucks and I've decided to run for IRHH as I am very aware of the role they play in the local community and I know people who have had personal experience of the service they provide.
I have taken part in the Great North Run for the last seven years and completed the London Marathon in 2000. I find training a good way to unwind and 'switch off'.
There is a sense of achievement in running the London Marathon, which is enhanced by the knowledge that you are helping raise funds which will help other people. When I did the marathon I was struck by the atmosphere and the lift that the crowds give to runners.
