The Rickshaw Run · 7 October 2008

Frank Water sets up sustainable, community-owned clean water projects in some of the most water-scarce communities globally. To date we've worked with 789 communities, providing access to safe, clean drinking water to over 546,059 people. Join us and be part of the solution.

Story

With no preparation and less luggage we will fly to the Indian Subcontinent and do our damndest to force 150cc of Indian engineering over thousands of miles of questionable terrain in around two weeks.

We will start from the lush green hills of Shillong, in the forgotten far eastern corner of India, thunder down from the mountains to head through the steamy Indian plains and jungles avoiding tigers and elephants, and hopefully arrive at the finish line on the glorious beaches of Goa.

We're hoping to raise a huge chunk of money for our charity, Frank Water, which aims to fund and implement community clean water projects across India.

So please give generously to help us reach our target!
