CLIC Sargent - HellRunner Down South · 15 November 2009 ·

For over 45 years Phyllis Tuckwell has been supporting and caring for patients and families who have been given the worst possible news in West Surrey & North East Hampshire. We rely on the support of our community as we have to raise over £30,000 every day to continue our amazing services.

Story

Hello to you all!

On the 15th November I will be running the Hellrunner race at Longmoor army camp.  This will be my toughest challenge to date.  11-12 miles (they dont tell you the actual distance - evil!) cross country.  Doesn't sound too bad until you add in trenches full of freezing water, bogs of doom, steep hills and then according to rumour the last 3 miles are sand....SAND, thats just mean.  Also there are no markers on the way around so you have no idea how far you have gone and how much is left to go.  Im still not sure why I signed up!

Anyway, if you would like to sponsor me for doing this it would be very very very appreciated!  Phyllis Tuckwell are an amazing charity and the more I can do to help them out the better.  I know times are hard at the moment but please dig deep and give what you can.

Thank you for looking at my page :)

Emma xx
