Hi I'm Dominic Walker presenter on Afterhours on the Big City Network of stations and Stadium host for Warrington Wolves.

2 years ago I did the Great Manchester Run and managed to somehow complete it.... This year I plan to do it all over again.

This year - I'm completely unfit so the training starts now.
