When stroke strikes, part of your brain shuts down. And so does a part of you. Life changes instantly and recovery is tough. But the brain can adapt. Our specialist support, research and campaigning are only possible with the courage and determination of the stroke community.

Story

In January 2010 my father suffered a stroke. I know how debilitating it can be. That's why I'm supporting the Stroke Association with this totally out of character sponsored death leap, sorry 100ft abseil down the front of Battersea Power Station on November 4th. Well I've always wanted to see the iconic building up close. Now's my chance.
