Of those that are diagnosed, most either can't get to a kidney dialysis centre or can't afford the treatment and they simply die.<br /><br />Since 1998, <a href="http://www.noorfoundation.org/">The Noor Foundation UK</a> has set up <a href="http://www.noorfoundation.org/#/our-dialysis-centres/4531183579">20 free kidney dialysis centres</a> across the length and breadth of Pakistan. Before the Noor Foundation began its lifesaving work in Pakistan, patients would have to travel to the main cities, journeying perhaps for hours to receive dialysis.
