Doncaster to Brentford to catch the final DRFC game of the season · 14 February 2013

At Bluebell Wood, we care for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions. We support hundreds of families, both in our hospice and in family homes. It costs around £6.5m to keep our doors open for families across South Yorkshire and beyond. We receive 16% Statutory funding.

Story

Paul Connell and Ricky Parrish are cycling from the Keepmoat Stadium, Doncaster to Griffin Park, Brentford to catch the final game of the 2012/13 football season between Doncaster Rovers Fc vs Brentford Fc on April 27th 2013. We are raising funds for Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice with the help of both the Charity itself and Doncaster Rovers FC.

The journey is roughly 180-200 miles in length, depending on route, which is currently TBC. We will be cycling through the day on 26th April and through the night with the aim to arrive at the stadium in time for the game.

It will be a great way to see out the end of the season and will be a great opportunity to help a great charitable organisation.

If any cyclists wish to get involved, please contact ponte.ricky17@gmail.com

Thank you for all donations
