I madly agreed to enter the 10k at a time when I was relatively fit in the midst of the hockey season. Sadly the season has finished, and the training regime also seems to have declined and I am a little injured but am going to carry on all the same, albeit probably at a slow canter!!

St John's Hospice provides care and support to a whole range of people from a wide stretch of London, supporting patients and their families is at the core of the services offered at St John's.  This year it will cost £2.65 million to continue run the Hospice and the vast majority of this income is down to fundraising so please be one of the people that keep these essential services operating by sponsoring us and raising money for a charity close to all our hearts, st John's, the Hospice in the Heart of London.
