Story

Well, I didn't quite make the 100km. I was forced to stop at 80.2km due to shredded feet. Disappointed not to get to the end, certainly the mind and the rest of the body could do it. Thank you for supporting me and helping to fund cancer research.

Hi! Thanks for taking the time to visit my London2Brighton 2013 JustGiving page.

On Saturday May 25 I'm going to be walking 60 miles (100km) from London to Brighton! I'm doing this to raise money for Cancer Research UK.

You might know that my dad died in Feb 2011 of small cell lung cancer and this was after a 2 and half years battle. Many people don't make 6 months with this disease and his longevity was down to bloody mindedness, a strong body and some cutting edge drugs and techniques. He was only 60.

I know that one day we're going to beat this disease but that's only going to happen if we research why we get it and how to stop it. So please dig deep and give as much as you can afford.
