On Sunday 17th May, myself and 3 others are doing a 5k (approx 3.1 mile) run dressed as super hero’s!......Please do not ask! 

I have chosen this opportunity to raise some funds for the Sussex Air Ambulance, as I wish to thank them for helping my dad after he was involved in a road traffic accident, if it was not for there quick response the injuries he sustained could have been worse.

I know that at this time of year a lot of sponsorship forms make there way round, but I think you’ll agree the work that the Air Ambulance do is tremendous, especially as a lot of what they do is voluntary and the funds that they receive are all via donations.
