Hello everyone!

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.

I will be running in the British 10k run on Sunday 12^th July 2009 to raise money for the older people’s charity Counsel and Care – www.counselandcare.org.uk .

With the longer evenings and the spring/summer days coming up, just think of my knees! my knees! my knees! As I pound the streets of London in training to meet my goal to run all the way and raise £500 for charity.

Expectations are high this year, as I completed the run in 1hr and 18 minutes last year, so lets see what this year brings.
