I've raised money for charities in the past with my half-marathon runs and channel swims. It's very evident that the current situation has really affected mental health. Job insecurity, job losses, the self-employed unable to work, not being able to see friends, family and loved ones and isolation have only exasperated the issue.

I made this video to support those who need help through this difficult time and hope this song’s strong meaning can have a positive effect.
