Every year we support thousands of children and families right across the country. We provide rehabilitation to help children make the best recovery possible after a serious accident or illness, both at our national specialist centre in Tadworth and in the community.

Story

Time: 3pm Thursday 6 May til 3pm Friday 7 May

Place: The Internet

Event: 24-hour Twitterblogathon coverage of the election

Between Thursday 6 and Friday 7 May, James and Simon from the Donut small business advice websites will provide a continuous 24-hour report of the general election for our readers. You can follow our "Twitterblogathon" here

You'll be able to follow us on any of the Donut websites (listed below) or on Twitter (use our hashtag #donut24). Your donations will go to The Children's Trust to help fund their excellent work with children who have profound disabilities and to support their National Doughnut Week, which runs from 8-15 May.

In return for your cash, we'll provide you with an informative and entertaining account of the election as it unfolds, with a particular emphasis on what it means for small businesses. We'll also be drinking lots of coffee and raising money for a really good cause. Join us!
