Story
Big big thanks to everybody who sponsored me. It was an awesome race and I came in 77th position (122 competitors finished), with a time of 65 mins and 37 seconds (and was sporting race no. 298).

Hi! Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
Well, it's a new year and so a new challenge! I would like to fatten up those not as fortunate as you and I (such poor folk who would have missed out on a big Christmas lunch and a New Years feast). I plan to run, stumble, fall and get up again in the Wedgnock Winter Mud & Mayhem 10k Race in an attempt to raise monies for the Christadelphian Meal-a-Day Fund.
The Christadelphian Meal-a-Day Fund helps fund food and drinkable water (as well as agricultural development, education and healthcare) to lesser developed parts of the world. 100% of any money raised will go directly to this cause.
I plan to train hard for this event - running at least 3 times a week. Why? - because I really want to raise monies for this charity, I am fat and have high cholesterol and I want a sense of achievement. Please, please help me to help others by digging deep into your pockets and sponsoring me.
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Christadelphian Meal-a-Day Fund gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
If you would like further information on both my past and future challenges please visit:
Thanks a bunch!
