As I'm sure you'll be able to tell, the course is laid out over a rather large hill. Box Hill in Dorking to be precise.

To add insult to the impending misery, entrants are encouraged to run in fancy dress. Obviously our first choice was a pantomime horse but agreeing on who would be bringing up the rear proved impossible. We have finally agreed upon a much more realistic choice of mime artists, pictures to follow.
