<p style="background: white;"> <p><span style="line-height: 130%; font-family: Arial; color: #333333; font-size: 10pt; mso-ansi-language: EN;" lang="EN"> <p style="background: white;"><span style="line-height: 130%; font-family: Arial; color: #333333; font-size: 10pt; mso-ansi-language: EN;" lang="EN">My name is Doug McIntosh and&nbsp;have competed&nbsp;my cycle challenge this year. This challenge&nbsp;was to cycle from Lands End to John O Groats within 100 hours and I completed the challenge in 98 Hours, 45 Minutes and 23 Seconds, completing the full distance of approximately 860 miles in total.</span></p> <p style="background: white;"><span style="line-height: 130%; font-family: Arial; color: #333333; font-size: 10pt; mso-ansi-language: EN;" lang="EN">I</span><span style="line-height: 130%; font-family: Arial; color: #333333; font-size: 10pt; mso-ansi-language: EN;" lang="EN">&nbsp;was&nbsp;due to do this challenge last year but during my training I was knocked off my bike by a car and injured my shoulder and had to postpone the event to recover from an operation to help repair the damage done.</span></p> <p style="background: white;"><span style="line-height: 130%; font-family: Arial; color: #333333; font-size: 10pt; mso-ansi-language: EN;" lang="EN">The 100 hour Challenge was an idea that I decided to put toward to the John O'Groats Landsend Association.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>I won the prestigious Griffin Challenge Trophy 12 years ago for the monies I raised for Imperial Cancer Research and the method of my achievement; having lost my arm to cancer, I cycled one armed with a non adapted cycle.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>I then cycled over 2000 miles around Britain for the Anchor Unit Clinic D where I am a patient.</span></p> <p style="background: white;">&nbsp;</p> <span style="line-height: 130%; font-family: Arial; color: #333333; font-size: 10pt; mso-ansi-language: EN;" lang="EN">I will be raising money for CLIC.</span></span></p> </p> <p style="background: white;"><span style="line-height: 130%; font-family: Arial; color: #333333; font-size: 10pt; mso-ansi-language: EN;" lang="EN">I would like to thank anyone who supports me on this challenge.</span></p> <p style="background: white;"><span style="line-height: 130%; font-family: Arial; color: #333333; font-size: 10pt; mso-ansi-language: EN;" lang="EN">Best Regards Doug</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
