We are again supporting "Beechwood" with a variety of events. These include Philip Doyle, Caroline Doyle and Clare Doyle who all participated in the Great Manchester 10k Run on16 May 2010. They successfully completed the course in personal best times raising in excess of £1000. Well done all.

Brian along with family and friends completed 10.5 miles around Derwent water in the Lake District on 17 July 2010.

Aileen Dunlop continues to support us by donating the fees she generates from talks on the American Civil War to various Round Table and Ladies Circle groups. Thanks again Aileen for your wonderful and ongoing support. 

On 19 September Nia Humphreys is taking part in the Nokia Coast to Coast challenge from Nairn on the East coast of Scotland to the shores of Loch Leven on the West coast. This involves running, cycling and kayaking over 105 miles and all to be completed within 13 hours. Good luck Nia.
