Members of the DPP Cardiff office have decided to embark on a gruelling 24 hour challenge to climb the three highest peaks in Scotland, England and Wales:

Ben Nevis (1,343m);
Scafell Pike (978m); and
Snowdon (1,085m).

DPP, one of the largest independent planning consultancies in the UK and Wales's largest planning consultancy, has teamed up with Tenovus, the leading Welsh cancer charity, to raise money and awareness for what is a great cause.

In January 2009, Tenovus launched the world's first mobile cancer unit of its kind enabling communities across Wales to access chemotherapy and support close to their homes. By introducing both Mobile Units and Local Cancer Support Centres, Tenovus can now take cancer care into the heart of local communities.

Funds raised from the 2009 Tenovus 3 Peaks Challenge event will allow Tenovus to continue to deliver these services and create better access to cancer treatments and prevention programmes across the country.
