On Sunday the 15th June 2008, I am running the Bluewater 10k on behalf of DGS Mencap, who support people with learning difficulties in North Kent and Medway to lead more independent and fulfilling lives.

I am running as part of a team from my wife, Sarah's, workplace, ITRM. They are major supporters of this particular charity and with your support, can continue to be a great help to them.
