For the last 3 years, I have been running to support IAHV (International Associate for Human Values) in their global efforts to help victims of trauma, natural disasters, rural development, care for children, prison Rehabilitation and much much more.

I have worked closely with the organisation and know of many people doing ground work in affected areas, all volunteers, who risk their lives to help others.

This year, I am running to support their general fund which will go to support current projects such as

1) Trauma Relief in Haiti - IAHV volunteers are actively running programmes to help victims overcome post traumatic stress disorder.

2) Care for Children - IAHV have built special schools that allow children from rural areas in India to recieve an education

3) Trauma Relief in Palestine/Israel - many high impact stress relief and human values courses being taught in this region
