Dear all

This year (after several years of promising) I have decided to finally run the Manchester 10k. 

In order to encourage me through what I am sure will be a painful last couple of kilometres I am doing this in aid of our chosen company charity at Ultimate Products for 2009 which is Dr Kershaw's Hospice in Oldham.

I recognise that everyone gets bombarded with a huge amount of sponsorship requests (particularly around this time) but anything you are able to give will be hugely appreciated by both myself and this very worthy cause.
