We are dedicated to improving the quality of life and chances of survival for young cancer patients aged 13-24. We fund and build specialist units in NHS hospitals and provide dedicated staff, bringing young people together so they can be treated by teenage cancer experts in the best place for them.

Story

For those of us who know us well, and particularly those who know our drinking habits, you will understand what a big challenge this will be!

This challenge for us will be harder than a marathon or climbing Everest.

Whether it’s a gin and tonic in a hot bath after a run, a glass of wine while we are cooking supper or an evening drink in front of the fire our evenings are never alcohol free.  In fact I can't remember the last time we had an alcohol free evening.

All that is about to change!  And what better cause to do it for than 'Teenage Cancer Trust’.  It’s a great charity and as well as setting up conference for teenagers with cancer at centre parks they also set us special wards for teenagers with cancer.  Jordan went to one of the conferences when he had cancer and found it an amazing experience.

Please support us by not offering us any alcohol in the next 40 days and please support the charity by donating a few pence.  (By the way when its all over mines a G&T and G will have a pint!)

Many thanks

G & A
