I am raising money for Coeliac UK as a member of my family was previously diagnosed with Coeliac Disease. Until this diagnosis, I was unaware of this disease which is a common digestive condition where the small intestine becomes inflamed and unable to absorb nutrients. It is caused by an adverse reaction to gluten.
