I am raising money for Mind as I struggle with my own mental health issues and have done for many years; and a family I know has recently lost someone who took their own life. 

People truly need to be better at discussing issues they have with their mental health with anyone they have available to them. Family, friends, colleagues, their GP, A&E, mental health charities such as this one. Support is available even if it may feel as though it isn't. Someone cares, and someone will be there for you.

So far, since I set up this fundraising page for Mind, I have:

1) Completed a full play-through of DOOM (2016. The videos are all available on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLLWC2gI31vhL9vp7PL_s-fkrRQvvxrhAQ.

I have set up a series of charity donation pages which can be viewed on my team page (https://www.justgiving.com/teams/vixzen).
