The DTP charity event will be in support of the Helen Ley Centre.  The Helen Ley Care Centre is a specialist respite for people with multiple sclerosis - it gives both carers and patients a break and a chance to recharge.

The centre itself is a a specialist 24 bed respite (one of only 3 in the country) set in the picturesque outskirts of Royal Leamington Spa. It’s overall mission is to give all those involved a well deserved break. For those with MS it’s a holiday with spas and beauty treatments, for the families and carers it’s a chance to recharge and lead a life without having to worry about the welfare of loved for a short time.

STW plan to walk / run around Draycote Water.  A single lap of Draycote Water is 4miles, we are aiming to cover the width of Severn Trent Waters region (approx 200 miles) as a cumulative distance between us with all proceeds being passed on to the Helen Ley Centre. The EVENT DATE is 10th May 2008 !!
