Yes folks it's that time again!!

I have completed two marathons and this is the final stage, one left to do and it's Dublin.

The Dublin marathon is on Monday the 27th of October and this will complete three for the year.

My motivation has been the loss of my baby daughter Erin and my family (the rock) Criostai & Louise that have held it all in place .

I have bigger plans for next year so watch this space!!

Training hasnt been the best for the Dublin marathon but i will get on with the job in hand.
