<p>Well I did it. The race organisation, support&nbsp;and conditions were fantastic. The temperature was about 16 degrees and the sky was blue. The BP Castellon refinery team made us very welcome.</p> <p>The hip flexor injury didn't give me too much trouble and I had a fairly straightforward run until the last couple of miles, which were agony. I was doing a lot of weaving down the final straight and was bent double - but I made it. My time was 3:48:14. So I was very happy.</p> <p>Thank you to everyone who donated on this page.
