Some of you will now that I'm affectionately know as "Tin man" at work ........not quite an Iron Man. I'm planning on doing my first Triathlon on the 28th June 2008 at Market Bosworth, leicestershire. Open water swim 750m in very cold water, followed by 20K bike ride followed by 5K run/shuffle to the finish.
To spur me on, I'm hoping to raise some money for Oviarian Cancer action, a very worthy research fund. 
Ovarian Cancer, is known as the "silent killer" with more research into this disease we can help save lives in the future.
