An excellent cause:

The teenage cancer trust is raising 2 million pounds to build a ward at addenbrooks specifically for teenagers with cancer.

Currently there are no specialist facilities for teenagers with cancer in East Anglia. The unit will include a mixture of in-patient and out-patient beds as well as day care facilities, and will admit patients between the ages of 13 and 22.

It is an excellent cause so please help.

My swim

In the week from September the 11th 2009 I will be atempting to swim to france.

Its going to be a long, cold salty swim. I expect (hope) to be finished in around 14 hours.  

I have already booked my support boat so there is no going back now.
