I reckon that's not too shabby for someone hampered by my having my father's build and being unable to train for 6 months through injury!

The bottom line is MS is a truly shitty disease for which there is no cure and all sufferers rely on centres like BMSTC who provide the much needed therapies which are not available on the NHS.
