Multiple Sclerosis is an incurable and unpredictable disease affecting the central nervous system. They provide therapies for people with MS in Berkshire and the surrounding counties, giving them the power to manage their disease rather than letting it control their lives, and keeping them as mobile and independent as possible.

Hi there guys and gals!

Many thanks for stopping by.

Job Done! 5h:42m:28s and 31,632nd out of 35,000 odd.

I reckon that's not too shabby for someone hampered by my having my father's build and being unable to train for 6 months through injury!

Soooooooo all those waiting for the chance to donate - now's your chance! ... and huge thanks to all those of you who have already coughed so generously.

Please do what you can to support the BMSTC. I took the pain for their gain and in case you don't know, my Dad's Christine has MS and she goes there weekly for treatments. (See below left).

The bottom line is MS is a truly shitty disease for which there is no cure and all sufferers rely on centres like BMSTC who provide the much needed therapies which are not available on the NHS.
