I am profoundly deaf and received a cochlear implant in 1996 at Nottingham when I was 8 years old. I live in Wales have just decided that I will run the Great North Run this year , for the 3rd time.

If you would like to contribute to the Ear Foundation then that would be good. I hope I will finish the race and my legs are okay on Sunday!!!
