Story
Thank you to everyone who sponsored us on our trip. We managed to arrive on Dunwich beach at 9.40am and hobble into the sea for a swim. We had a few pains, but surprisingly felt okay after a few naps and jaffa cakes.
We managed to meet our fundraising target which is super. However it is still not too late to donate if you want to - the money still goes towards a fantastic cause.
Lots of love
Sam and Catherine...

At the end of this month (24/25th July), myself and my workmate Catherine are going to cycle 120 miles, in one go, overnight, from London to a place on the Suffolk coast called Dunwich. We are doing it with lots of other cycling folk that get a kick out of cycling from A-to-B as part of an annual event called the Dunwich Dynamo.
It's going to painful. Apparently we need to take vaseline.
So with no pressure at all we were hoping to raise a little money, not for the vasoline, but for a charity called the Kitchen Table Trust (http://www.kitchentablecharities.org) to support their work. They do good things, have very low overheads and the money goes to support small projects that usually get little attention, typically small infrastructure projects in developing countries. And every penny counts: if you can sponsor us 10 pence a mile, it will raise enough to fund one cataract operation and buy two mosquito nets (see here for more examples).
But if you cannot help financially this time, that's totally cool. Instead perhaps you may want to wear some vasoline on the night of 24th July to remember us?
Lots of love
Sam and Catherine
