I am doing this walk to raise anything we can to help the charity. As a lot of u know my nan has suffered with vascular dementia and Alzheimer's for around 9 years! it's been so hard watching my amazing, strong, hard working nan change dramatically over the years. She now is unable to walk feed herself or even really talk. I am so grateful to all the amazing carers who have looked after her throughout this time and it would be wonderful if I could give a little back.
