The 3 of us are dragging ourselves round the 10km Manchester Run next Sunday to raise funds for the Ear Trust.  The charity is based at Bradford Royal Infirmary and supports the Yorkshire Cochlear Implant Service helping deaf children and adults across the whole of the North of England
