We will be putting ourselves through a gruelling and horrible 5 days, walking, on foot, 200 miles, against the wind, through hills and valleys and through 3 national parks. We're doing this to try and raise awareness about the work Brent Mencap and Mind do. 

We also wanted to do something for Women Win, a great charity trying to bridge the final gaps in equality between men and women in sport and elsewhere.
