Hello everybody

At the beginning of May, Mark, Dan and I are embarking on an unsupported bike ride from Land's End to John O'Groats which will see us cover circa 1000miles over a 10-12 day period. 

We would be most grateful if you could perhaps spare a little time and money to donate to our chosen charity the East Cheshire Hospice. The support will spur us along the way when the legs no doubt start to get a bit weary!!
